Saltburn Festival of Seaside Stories and Song is a new music and literary festival for Saltburn, and a collaboration between Book Corner and Saltburn Folk Club.
Friday 31st May
8pm – 11pm:Opening Concert with music from Kevin Hall and Dave Brunskill, poetry from Helen Anderson, and a special performances of ‘Civil Insolencies’ by Bob Beagrie and musicians. The Marine Hotel (Upstairs), £5

7pm – 9pm: Stories, Songs and Food at Real Meals Deli. Enjoy special sea-themed food while you listen to poetry from Marilyn Longstaff and Felicity Manning, and music from Martin Stephenson. £13.50 (Must be booked in advance)

11am: Simon Coates – How to Self-Publish a Book
12pm: Meet the Author – Read Regional author Jude Brown introduces her debut novel, ‘His Dark Sun’.
2pm-5pm: Celebration Concert with music from Steve Dagleish and 'Sea Words', a poetry performance from Janet and Phil Philo. Also featuring an open mic so festival workshop participants can share their work.
